Porcupine Self Catering Cottage, the cottage closest to the mountain, is named after the endearing porcupines living in the Spitskop Mountain that come waddling out after nightfall and can often be heard at night scuffling and digging around the cottage.
The cottage is nestled at the foot of the Spitskop Mountain, well removed from the other cottages and with magnificent views across the valley to the majestic Maluti Mountains. The extended veranda is perfect for ultimate outdoor living. There is a weber braai and patio table and seating, ideal for idling away long lazy t evenings and relaxed breakfasts.
The cottage has two double en suite bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with beautiful percale linen, heated blankets for chilly evenings, and huge doors and windows for optimum enjoyment of the view, opening out through French doors onto the lovely veranda. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds and doors leading out onto the veranda. There are two en suite bathrooms, one with a huge glass enclosed shower, toilet and hand basin, the other bathroom with large pampering bath, toilet and hand basin, bathrooms are on-off suite so privacy is maintained for using either bathroom.
The open plan lounge has a big open fireplace, comfy couches, nice dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, family size fridge and microwave. The ultra large windows and French doors lead directly out onto the veranda-with-a-view. The cottage is serviced daily and there is parking directly behind the cottage.

STAFF ISOLATE FOR 10 DAYS WORKING IN GARDENS BEFORE ALLOWED INTO COTTAGES TO CLEAN - HOSPITAL QUALITY SANITIZING IS USED TO CLEAN COTTAGES AFTER GUESTS DEPART. THERE WILL BE A DAY BETWEEN BOOKINGS FOR QUALITY CLEANSING AND SANITIZING OF COTTAGES
